INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

 

We work with not-for-profit, philanthropic, and humanitarian actors  to provide training, coaching,  organisational assessments,  and participatory strategic planning to foster a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and workforce. We work with leaders and teams to effectively implement strategies that mitigate risk, address retention issues, foster psychological safety, and encourage teams to bring their whole authentic selves to the workplace.


 EDUCATION IN EMERGENCIES

  

We work with diverse Networks and Consortiums working in the education in emergencies (EiE) landscape to leverage increased advocacy, collaboration, inclusion and effectiveness for access to safe and relevant education and workforce opportunities.

 


COMMUNITY-BASED SERVICE & EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING

 

We work with global educators and students who administer or participate in community-based global learning service projects. Through our training programs, we support the development of skills and capacity to experience a new cultural context with humility and critical reflection in order to deepen learning, meaningful cultural exchange, and global citizenship.


GLOBAL MOBILIZATION

 

We work with executives and their families as they prepare for overseas assignments to ensure that they will achieve personal and professional success as they navigate cultural differences, their cultural adjustment to their new home as well as their personal and professional success.

We provide a free 1 hour consultation to identify your particular needs, concerns, objectives and goals from a training program. We will address both the content and process and discuss some of the design elements listed below.
